How can I track my order?

  • If you want to check the delivery status of your order, the easiest way to locate your tracking information is by reviewing your order information:
    • If on the app - Click on the “account” icon in the bottom right corner. Select “My Orders” and your tracking information should be available.
    • If on the website - Click on the “account” icon in the top right corner. This will show you your current wishlist. At the top of wishlist select “purchased” to view your order history. From here you should find your tracking information.
  • If an item is not tracked and no tracking information is available, please review your shipment email for an estimate of delivery times. If you need more specific information,  please contact us using this contact form and we would be happy to assist you.

Note: If you are using both an app and the website, please make sure that both accounts are logged in using the same email address to ensure that your orders are visible.
