Track my order
If on the website - Log in and click on the “account” icon in the top right corner. This will show you your current wishlist. At the top of wishlist select “purchased” to view your order history. Here you will see and access your tracking information for each order.
If on the app - Click on the “account” icon in the bottom right corner. Select “My Orders” and your tracking information for each order will be available.
If tracking information is unavailable, please review your shipment email for an estimate of delivery times. If you need more specific information, please contact us by clicking on the blue chat bubble at the bottom right hand corner of this page. Please note, that tracking will only be available once an order has shipped. You will be notified by email when this happens (where you will also find a link to your tracking information).
Note: If you are using both an app and the website, please make sure that both accounts are logged in using the same email address to ensure that your orders are visible.
