How do I return a product?

  • Returns are free and easy – no questions asked. If you receive something and decide that it's not for you, you can return it within 100 days, undamaged and in its original packaging. 
  • A select few products are non-returnable (usually made to order), and this will always be mentioned on the product page if this is the case. This includes, but is not limited to: personalised prints, made-to-order woven throws, and printed furniture. 
  • If you have received an item damaged, please report this to customer service as soon as possible! Please take a photo of the damage as well as the packaging so we can file a damage claim.
  • Items such as earrings, and other goods that should not be resold due to sanitary issues must be unworn and in the original unopened packaging. Please contact customer service to determine if your item is something that can be returned.
  • To return an item, please contact by clicking on the blue chat bubble at the bottom right hand corner of this page. We would also love if you could let us know the reason for the return.
