How do I cancel my order?

Due to the nature of our business, and orders being immediately forwarded to printing partners and designers, it's not always possible to cancel orders as they could have already been shipped. If you have placed an order and it's already been shipped, we of course can still help you by issuing a return for the item once it arrives. We will however try our best to assist if you would like to move forward with a cancellation. Please contact us at hello@iamfy.co with your order number, and the email address the order was placed from, and we will immediately contact the printer or designer to see if the cancellation is possible. Please be aware that our offices are in Berlin Germany, so if this request is placed out of our office hours, we will look into it as soon as we are available.
