Where's my refund?
All refunds are issued via the same payment method that they have been placed. Once you have contacted customer service and it's been confirmed that the refund has been placed, please allow the appropriate time for the funds to reach your account. For credit card payments, depending on the bank that you use, this can take 5-10 days to clear. If it's been 10 days and you have still not received a refund, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
