Where's my refund?

All refunds are issued via the same payment method that they were placed. Once you have contacted customer service and it's been confirmed that the refund has been placed, please allow some time for the funds to reach your account. 

For credit card payments, depending on the bank that you use, this can take 5-10 days to clear. If it's been 10 days and you have still not received a refund, please contact us by clicking on the blue chat bubble at the bottom right hand corner of this page.
