I cancelled my order. How will I receive my refund?
If you have contacted customer service and had a confirmation of a cancelled order, the refund will be dependent upon the status of the payment. If the payment was still in processing, in many instances the payment will be cancelled as well (rather than refunded), and the charge will be removed from your statement.
If the payment has already posted but the cancellation was able to be made, then you will receive a refund. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used to purchase, and credit cards refunds can take up to 5-10 days to show on your account. If you do not see this refund within 10 days, please contact us by clicking on the blue chat bubble at the bottom right hand corner of this page
