I cancelled my order. How will I receive my refund?

If you have contacted customer service and had a confirmation of a cancelled order, the refund will be dependent upon the status of the payment. If the payment was still in processing, in many instances the refund will automatically be placed back in your account. In some cases, especially with credit card companies, your original charge might entirely disappear from your statement and there will be no record of a purchase ever being made.

If the payment has already posted but the cancellation was able to be made, then you will receive a refund. Refunds are issued on by the same payment method they were placed, and in cases of credit cards can take up to 5-10 days to show the refund on your account.
