How do I get help with my order?
For assistance, please contact our Customer Support team on firstname.lastname@example.org or through chat. If you're getting touch about orders, please be sure to include your order number, and the email address that you placed the order from.
If in the app, please click on the "my account" icon on the bottom right side of the screen. From your account profile, on the top left of the screen there is a "Help" button. Once selected this will allow you to chat with our team.
From the website, in the bottom right corner of the screen you will see a chat window. You can chat to us using this.
Any other questions or concerns can be emailed to us at email@example.com.
Whilst our team is based in Berlin, you’ll find us online most of the day and when we’re not, we’ll get back to you pretty darn quick. Usually in minutes, sometimes hours, but never more than a business day.
