How do I get help with my order?

For assistance, please contact our Customer Support team on or through the live chat on the website. From the website, in the bottom right corner of the screen you will see a chat window. You can chat to us using this. Alternatively, you can contact us using this contact submission form.

If you're getting touch about an order, please be sure to include your order number and the email address that you placed the order. 

If in the app, please click on the "my account" icon on the bottom right side of the screen. From your account profile, on the top left of the screen there is a "Help" button. Once selected this will allow you to chat with our team. 

While our team is based in Berlin, you’ll find us online most of the day and when we’re not, we’ll still get back to you pretty darn quick. Usually in minutes, sometimes hours, but never more than a business day.
