We have different return policies according to the product. Rest assured, you’ll find the return policy for each product clearly outlined on its respective page.We offer a flexible 90-day return policy for the majority of our products, beginning from the date of delivery.


Orders sent from Boutiques are subject to a 28-day return policy. Boutique returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item and returned to the boutique within 14 days of the return request.

Please be aware that certain items, such as personalised prints or woven throws, are made-to-order and, regrettably, cannot be returned. Non-returnable items are clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.


Can I return an item in exchange for another one?


We regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we do offer a straightforward refund process for items returned within our return policy. Once you have received your refund, you can then purchase the preferred item from our website. Please refer to this article for instructions on returning your item.
